Delivery time

The delivery time is agreed with the manager of the Delivery Service, who will definitely contact you immediately after you place your order.

Warning! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.

Delivery is carried out daily from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.   Delivery time depends on the time of placing the order and the availability of goods in the warehouse:

• if the order is confirmed by the manager of the Delivery Service before 12:00, the goods can be delivered the next working day between 10:00 and 15:00 or between 15:00 and 20:00.

You can also specify any other convenient delivery time, and the purchase will be delivered at a convenient time for you. Other delivery time, as well as delivery time to the settlements of the region is determined by agreement with the client.

Delivery location

Delivery is carried out to the address indicated when placing the order. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must inform the manager of the Delivery Service, who will contact you immediately after placing an order on the website.

Rules

Upon delivery, you will be given all the necessary purchase documents, as well as a warranty card (if any). When making a purchase for the organization, you will be given an invoice.   The price indicated in the documents sent to you by the courier is final, the courier does not have the right to adjust the price. The cost of delivery is highlighted in the purchase documents in a separate column.

Attention! Please remember that all the technical parameters and consumer properties of the purchased product you should check with our manager prior to purchasing the product. The duties of the employees of the Delivery Service do not include the implementation of consultations and comments regarding the consumer properties of the goods. If you need to install the goods purchased in our store, you need to inform our manager about this. When delivering the ordered goods to you, check the completeness of the delivered goods, the operability of the goods, the correspondence of the delivered goods to the description on our website, also check the goods for mechanical damage. If you do not declare any claims for mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future.
